You can request a full refund up to one week after enrolling onto a course, provided the course has not started.
Any request for refunds for any course which has already been launched needs to be made within seven days, in this case and for courses which are launched within seven days of enrolment and where the refund request is made after the launch but within the seven days will be charged 20% of the course fee as an administration charge.
Courses that cannot be continued or rescheduled will be refunded in full.
Any requests made after seven days of enrollment will be disregarded.
Timescale for refund
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.
While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, dates, lecturer/trainer and assessments. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who we deem is as displaying unacceptable behaviour.
